In Rome there are two airports. The first one is Fiumicino airport, also called Leonardo Da Vinci airport; the second is Ciampino airport. Every airport is 45 minutes far from Rome and one hour from Civitavecchia port (the most important Italian harbour). Civitavecchia dock is one hour and a half far from Rome. Of course, we organize private transfers for every destination as well as for the downtown Rome; please, ask for other locations if not mentioned below. If you have a lot of baggage (more than one large suitcase for each person), please inform us in advance. We will be waiting for you at your exit gate inside the airport or at the pier of your disembarkation inside Civitavecchia dock with a sign with your surname in order to accompany you to our vehicles. The price of the service is intended in total, per vehicle and not for each person. The payment is only for cash.
Notice: Please, it is required to let us know in advance, at the reservation, if our Guests have any kind of health problems or do not walk properly (wheelchair, etc…) in order to meet your request.

In Rome there are, sometimes, hotels located in narrow streets, where it is not possible to access or park with our vehicles. We are not responsible if the driver will not be able to take or pick you up in front of your hotel. Thank you.
Please, the reservation for all kinds of service will be with a deposit payment by PayPal. The rest of the fee will be in cash Euro (no credit cards) at the end of your private service. Cancellation Policy: Please, note that there will be no charge if you cancel your reservation by e-mail to roberto.europe@gmail.com at least 2 days before the date of the requested service. In case of cancellation, a refund will not be issued but a LIFETIME CREDIT VOUCHER is provided, which is transferable and can be used in future visits.
LimousInRome is not a travel agency but a fully licensed limousine company operating all around Italy and does not provide hotel reservation, ticket reservation or anything else not stated in our service plans.
