In Rome there are, sometimes, hotels located in narrow streets, where it is not possible to access or park with our vehicles. We are not responsible if the driver will not be able to take or pick you up in front of your hotel. Thank you.
Cancellation Policy: Please, note that there will be no charge if you cancel your reservation by e-mail to roberto.europe@gmail.com at least 2 days before the date of the requested service. In case of cancellation, a refund will not be issued but a LIFETIME CREDIT VOUCHER is provided, which is transferable and can be used in future visits.
